The service this site provides
Hickory Garage Door Pro ("we," "us," "our") operates https://hickorygaragedoorpro.com as a connection service: we help homeowners in the Hickory area find and reach local, independent garage door repair and installation professionals. Hickory Garage Door Pro is a referral service that assists homeowners in connecting with local service providers. All providers are independent and Hickory Garage Door Pro does not warrant or guarantee any work performed.
Independent contractors
Any professional who responds to your inquiry is an independent contractor, not an employee or agent of Hickory Garage Door Pro. It is the responsibility of the homeowner to verify that the hired contractor furnishes the necessary license and insurance required for the work being performed. Any agreement, estimate, or contract for work is strictly between you and the contractor.

Door weight, spring condition, and hardware requirements vary house to house; an on-site assessment is the only reliable basis for a repair plan.
Your responsibilities
